The hotel has some positives like spacious rooms with two bathrooms and two double beds, but there are issues with non-functioning amenities, especially the air conditioning. The service needs improvement as our requests were not attended to promptly. The location is convenient, but being near a casino that felt unsafe was concerning. The dining options were basic and not inclusive, and the facilities were lacking in some essential services.
The hotel has some nice features like spacious rooms with two twin beds and a big bathroom and a view. However, some amenities were not working properly. The service needs improvement in terms of customer care and immediate request response.
