I thought the food was excellent, specifically the breakfast and the options available at the little emperor in the lobby. jovan made sure my room was always clean and well stocked with supplies. i really appreciate the staff. They ensured i had an amazing six-day stay in room 1005. the service was great.

I found a slight negative point. The gym is unfortunately closed on sundays.

The location had easy access, especially to the sinulog festival. A plus! the hotel has a central position. I did appreciate that. public transportation accessibility is also easy from this location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed issues quickly. i found the breakfast service really good, with attentive and kind staff making the experience nice! every staff interaction was pleasant, and their responsiveness definitely stood out.
